On June 25, 2022 Annual Meeting of Professional Committee of Physician Health Management and Health Insurance of Chinese Medical Doctor Association in conjunction with the 12th China Summit Forum on Health Management and Health Insurance kicked off in Xi 'an!
With the theme of "Science and Technology Empowering Health and Medicine, Wisdom Safeguarding Healthy China", this summit forum, hosted by Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA) and Professional Committee of Physician Health Management and Health Insurance of CMDA, and co-organized by Shaanxi Medical Doctor Association and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University (XJTU), was held both online and in-person. Multiple leaders and academicians, including Academician Wang Chen, Vice President of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Gao Fu, Director of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), were invited to deliver reports or presentations online. Ma Xiaowei, Party Secretary and Director of National Health Commission and President of CMDA, gave important instructions. Professor Ma Mao, Deputy Director of Professional Committee of Physician Health Management and Health Insurance of CMDA and Director of Health Management Center of our hospital, chaired the opening ceremony.
Ma Xinge, Party Secretary of our hospital, Professor Chen Teng, Party Secretary of XJTU Health Science Center, and Shi Liying, Deputy Secretary General of CMDA, delivered speeches, respectively. Yang Min, Vice President of CMDA, gave an important online speech entitled "National Standardized Training Program for Chief Examiners of Physical Examination". Chairman and deputy chairman of the professional committee and heads of relevant physical examination quality control centers in Shaanxi province attending the forum jointly launched the training program.
During the 2-day forum, multiple experts gathered in-person and online to share and conductacademic exchange in 8 sub-forums. Health management colleagues nationwide delivered in-depth discussion and jointly explored a novel model of whole-course health management. The sub-forums consisted of 8 themes, including prevention and control of chronic diseases, integration and innovation of health insurance and health management, quality control and discipline development, accurate public science education, early screening of tumors, liver health management and health management of pulmonary nodules, covering multiple dimensions of whole-course health management. More than 150 experts, scholars and industry elites gathered in the forum. Health Management Center of our hospital also shared the team practice experience entitled "Health Management Experience in Lianhu Community", hoping that through discussion and exploration with experts to summarize the "Lianhu model", set an example for health management in Shaanxi province, promote and apply the management experience, and open a new chapter for the development of health management industry in Shaanxi province.
