On the morning of April 9, the general meeting of the 10th Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation was held both online and offline. Deputy Director Chen Dingguo of Wuhan Branch of Chinese Medical Association chaired this meeting. Li Jufen, Director and Party Secretary of Wuhan Branch of Chinese Medical Association delivered a welcome speech.
At the meeting, Professor Chen Zhonghua, Editor-in-Chief of the 9th Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation, made a work report of the 9th Editorial Board. Jiang Yongmao, Deputy Secretary-General of Chinese Medical Association, and Wei Junmin, Director and Editor-in-Chief of National Medical Journal of China delivered online speeches. Academician Chen Xiaoping, elected as Editor-in-Chief of the 10th EditorialBoard of Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation, gavea speech. Professor Xue Wujun from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) was re-elected as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation, Professor Tian Puxun from our hospital was re-elected as a member of Editorial Board, and Professor Ding Xiaoming and Professor Zheng Jin were elected as members of the 10th Editorial Board.
As the Chairman-designate of Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association, Professor Xue Wujun delivered a congratulatory message online. He stressed that Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation has made tremendous contributions to academic exchanges, talent training and technical improvement of organ transplantation in China, playing a leading role in the development of organdonation and transplantation across China. He also appreciated Qiu Fazu, Xia Suisheng, Chen Shi, Chen Zhonghua and other former Editor-in-Chief, members of Editorial Board and editors for their contributions. On behalf of Chinese Society of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association, Professor Xue Wujun expressed his full support for Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation, hoping to join hands with this journal to make contributions to the development of organ transplantation in China. We’re confident that under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Chen Xiaoping and joint efforts of all members of Editorial Board, Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation will become more and more influential, helping the building of Healthy China and accelerating the development of organ transplantation in China.
