COVID-2019 epidemic has swept the world. On this occasion, China made public the “Chinese experience” in epidemic prevention and control to facilitate the global campaign against the epidemic. On April 25 afternoon, “COVID-2019 Epidemic Prevention and Control Knowledge Lecture -- Congo Session” was held in our hospital, with the participants of She Junjun, Assistant to thePresident, Zhu Bai, Deputy Director of Respiratory Medicine and former Wuhan Medical Team leader, Chen Wei, Director of Laboratory Medicine, Li Baozhen, Professor of Infection Control Office, Sun Lianqing, Deputy Director of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department, Ren Hui,Deputy Director of International Exchange Office, Ma Fulin, Ambassador to Congo, and members from Brazzaville (Capital of Congo), Pointe Noire Chinese Chamber of Commerce, andChina's 26thbatch of medical aid team to the Republic of Congo and team members.

China’s epidemic prevention and control measures achieved great success, he said, and the First Affiliated Hospital also summarized the “treatment experience and lessons in epidemic prevention and control of Xi’an Jiaotong University”; the purpose of the activity was to share experience and work with overseas people to overcome the difficulties.
Zhu Bai introduced the identification and treatment of COVID-2019 and the personal protection; Chen Wei analyzed the correlation of laboratory test of novel coronavirus infection; Li Baozhen provided specific instructions on personal protection during the epidemic; Sun Lianqing explained the measures for preventive treatment of disease and for epidemic prevention based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
Experts and professors of our hospital communicated online on issues of common concern to Congo, such as the treatment of mild cases of novel coronavirus infection, identification of fever patients, and difference between serum detection reagent and nucleic acid detection reagent.
The current situation in Africa is still unknown, Ma Fulin said, the lecture of novel coronavirus given by the experts from the First Affiliated Hospital was timely and helpful, and this was also the first time for Congo to exchange experience with provincial and ministerial departments of China.
