On September 20, 2023, "Digital Health Innovation Conference in conjunction with the 6th National Smart Health Innovation Final Competition" was officially held in Harbin, aiming to actively respond to the strategies of "Healthy China" and "Quality Workforce", and the guidance of the policy planning of "Digital China", give play to the innovative guiding role of the competition, promote innovative integration of health and digital technology, and accelerate high-quality development of health career.
This competition consists of technological innovation, applied innovation, health innovation and grass-root innovation sessions. In total, 224 out of 800 teams from 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China entered national finals. More than 140 health information-related judges comprehensively evaluated the participating teams through on-site roadshows and oral defenses. After fierce competition, the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) received 1 second prize, 3 third prizes and 1 special prize in the national finals. At the same time, the FAH of XJTU was approved as the "Smart Health Innovation Demonstration Base".
