From July 15 to 19, 2023, Professor Li Hui from Department of Neonatology was invited to attend the 18th World Association for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH) World Congress and delivered an oral presentation. The team reported two articles related to psychological stress of prenatal mothers and the effect of different postpartum care modes on infant behaviors and brain functions, which attracted widespread attention from international peers and let them know that China not only began to pay attention to infant mental health, but also carried out "Brain Plan" research. Participating in this congress showcased scientific research level of our hospital in the field of infant psychological behavior research, consolidated the foundation of cooperation, sought for more in-depth cooperation opportunities, and played a positive role in strengthening our hospital’s academic influence of infant psychological behavior and brain development research at home and abroad.
