From September 27 to 30, 2023, Xie Xinfang, Associate Researcher from Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) was invited by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee to deliver a presentation entitled "New Insight into Poly-IgA1 Formation-Two Potential Therapies" in the 17th International Symposium on IgA Nephropathy in Tokyo, Japan. Xie Xinfang received the honorary title of "Future Hope Star of Nephropathy". During the symposium, she listened to international academic lectures on the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy and the latest clinical research progress. She will continue to promote basic research on the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy, expand novel research directions, and actively participate in global multi-center clinical trials on the pathogenesis and treatment of IgA nephropathy.
