From April 30 to May 3, 2023, Li Meng and Ji Wenchen from Department of Orthopedics were invited to attend academic exchange meeting at Department of Orthopedics of Ludwig Maximilians University(LMU) and the 23rd WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2023.
The academic exchange aims to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between bilateral sides through this visit, and enable students and young physicians to conduct academic exchange visit through joint training. During the exchange visit, they also participated in the morning shift, ward round and operation at Department of Orthopedics of LMU, and learned the most advanced trauma technology and concept in Germany, which is of significance for developing new medical technology after returning to China. During the 23rd WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2023, Li Meng and Ji Wenchen from Department of Orthopedics delivered academic exchanges with global experts, and learned advanced experience in osteoporosis treatment, which contribute to further prevention and control of osteoporosis in China.
