Established in 1957, Department of Neurology currently has 3 general wards (including the eastern hospital district) with a total of 125 beds, and 1 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with 14 beds. The department consists of EEG and Sleep Examination Center, Electromyogram Examination Center, Cranial and Cerebrovascular Ultrasound Diagnosis Center, Neuropsychological Examination Room and Neurology Laboratory. The department currently employs 29 clinicians, 5 neuroelectrophysiologists, 5 professors, 6 associate professors, 2 doctoral supervisors and 4 master supervisors.
