The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) is the largest grade III level A hospital in Northwest China, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation and preventive healthcare. In the performance assessment of nationwide tertiary public hospitals in 2018 and 2019, the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU ranked first in the northwest region and among the leading positions across China. Currently, the hospital accomodates 3,765 beds, has 6,066 employees, 5 academicians from Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering and 14 national-level talents. The hospital has a complete set of disciplines. It offers doctoral and postdoctoral programs for the first-class discipline of clinical medicine. Recently, the hospital has been shortlisted as 1 of the first-batch 8 national medical centers in China (the only hospital from Northwest China).

I Basic requirements

1.Shall be patriotic and law-abiding, with good political quality and moral conduct.

2.Shall be healthy both physically and mentally, and passionate for health industry.

3.Shall meet the specific requirements of the applied positions.

II Recruitment positions and requirements

(I) Health professionals

1. Position category and requirement

(1) Medical positions

➢ Master degree holders or above for clinical laboratories.

➢ Clinical reserve talents: outstanding doctoral degree holders (unlimited number); master degree holders can initiate clinical work after scientific research training.

➢ Long-term recruitment of clinical disciplinary principal investigators, academic principal investigators, business backbones and practical talents.

(2) Nursing positions

Bachelor degree holders or above for clinical departments.

(3) Pharmacy, clinical laboratory, medical technology and other specialized technical positions

Bachelor degree holders or above for clinical laboratories.

(4) Trainee administrators (administrative and other specialized technical positions)

Master degree holders or above for administrative and security departments.

2. Age requirement

Postdoctoral candidates under 35 years old, doctoral degree holders under 32 years old, master degree holders under 27 years old and bachelor degree holders under 24 years old, and the age limit of outstanding candidates can be negotiated.

3. Qualification requirement

Non-fresh graduates should have qualification certificates for corresponding positions when applying.

(II) Full-time scientific research talents

1. Position category and requirement.

(1) Young talents

Doctoral degree holders should be under 32 years old, and outstanding candidates can be 35 years old; applicants should have obtained remarkable achievements in related fields, rank among the leading position among counterparts in academic outcomes, have excellent academic potential. The research direction meets the requirements of "facing the forefront of global science and technology, facing the main battlefield of economy, facing the major needs of China and facing the people's health".

(2) Postdoctoral degree candidates

Doctoral degree holders (who obtained the doctor's degree within recent 3 years) under 32 years old, and outstanding candidates can be 35 years old; applicants should have obtained remarkable achievements in related fields and have excellent academic potential.

Three categories of full-time postdoctoral candidates are recruited: discipline postdoctoral candidates, project postdoctoral candidates and joint training postdoctoral candidates.

(3) Laboratory technicians

Master's degree holders or above should be under 27 years old, and the age limit of candidates with relevant work experience can be negotiated.

(III) High-level talents

Long-term recruitment of leading scholars and young top-notch talents and alternative high-level talents. Competitive salary and relevant supports will be provided.
