The research team, led by Professor Qu Qiumin, Director of Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University, presented with 8 papers in poster session at the 2019 Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC), ranking as one of the leading institutions from China.

From July 14 to 18, the 2019 AAIC was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, known as the "City of Angels" in the U.S. More than 6，000 researchers, clinicians and nurses from 65 countries attended the conference. During the 2019 AAIC, over 1，000 scientific sessions, oral presentations and poster sessions were organized, covering the pathogenesis, biomarkers, early diagnosis, clinical treatment, rehabilitation, nursing care and other aspects of Alzheimer's disease.

Professor Qu Qiumin led his research team including Professor Qiao Jin, Associate Professor Wang Jin, Deputy Chief Physician Liu Peng and Dr. Wei Shan to attend the conference and presented with 8 papers in the poster session, demonstrating the advantages of our hospital in the research field of Alzheimer's disease.
