Professor Dong Yalin is a doctoral supervisor, first-class chief Pharmacist, professor and discipline leader in pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU). Professor Dong carried out the monitoring of a series of antibacterial drugs, such as voriconazole, tigecycline and other therapeutic drugs, PK/PD and PPK studies to provide individualized treatment recommendations for anti-infection treatment of clinically ill patients. She led the research team to establish paclitaxel-resistant cell lines of breast cancer, screened and identified several proteins related to drug resistance, and conducted drug resistance reversal research.

Professor Dong Yalin has participated in editing 5 textbooks for the "12^th Five-Year Plan" of National Health Commission, edited and translated 4 textbooks, and participated in editing 17 monographs.

She has published more than 280 academic papers including over 100 published in SCI-indexed journals. Besides, she has obtained 1 national invention patent and participated in 6 patents and 3 utility patents. Professor Dong has presided over 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and provided guidance for 8 Youth Projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Professor Dong Yalin has received the following awards and honors:
