Yin Zhanhai obtained the M.D. in XJTU, and is M.D. and postdoctoral fellow in Ludwig-Maximilians-Universitaet (LMU) Muenchen. He is currently Deputy Director and Chief Physician of Department of Orthopedics in the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU.

Yin Zhanhai has published 48 academic papers including 14 in SCI-indexed journals. He hosted 1 and participated in 7 National Natural Science Foundation of China, and hosted 1 Start-up Fund for Returned Overseas Students by Ministry of Education.

Yin Zhanhai was nominated as National Top 10 Orthopedic Doctors of Orthopedic Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association (ranking in top 30) in 2014. ‘Diagnosis of scapulohumeral periarthritis diseases and establishment of minimally invasive treatment process of shoulder arthroscopy’won the second prize of Clinical New Technology Assessment and Grade Evaluation of XJTU in 2015.
