General information
In 2006, Kang Qianyan received her doctorate in medicine. In 2008, She was approved as a doctoral tutor. In 2014, She was funded by the China Scholarship Council as a senior visiting scholar at the Harvard Medical School in the United States. 32 doctoral students have been instructed, among who 5 doctoral students have been jointly trained with Harvard Medical School, Hopkins Medical School and EMORY University. There are 8 graduated doctoral students, including 1 international student.

Academic and scientific achievements
Kang Qianyanhas presided more than 10 grants including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Basic Research Program of Natural Science of Shaanxi Province, and the Science and Technology Research Project of Shaanxi Province. She has published more than 50 academic papers, including more than 10 articles in SCI.
