Wen Xiulin has obtained master's degree. She has been engaged in clinical nursing and head nurse management in Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and Department of Plastic Surgery and Burns of the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU). In 2015, she was transferred to Nursing Department, mainly responsible for nursing quality management, clinical nursing sub-specialty management and humanistic nursing management.

Wen Xiulin has received the second prize of Science and Technology Award of Colleges and Universities of Shaanxi Province, the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Shaanxi Province, and the second prize of the 8^th National Medical Education Technology Excellent Achievement Award of Chinese Medical Association. She has hosted 6 provincial and national projects, edited 1 textbook, co-edited 1 textbook and co-translated 1 textbook. She has published more than 30 papers as the first or corresponding author in core Chinese journals and obtained 8 patents.
