Eight trainees successfully completed clinical teaching training of the 3rd Training Course of Specialist Nurses from Department of Anesthesiology of Chinese Nursing Association at Bases outside Beijing. The commencement was held at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) on August 26, 2022. Xin Aili and Li Chenlu from Nursing Department, Wang Qiang, Zhang Linjuan, Wen Jian, Duan Na, Yu Lei, Liu Bingyu and Zhang Yingting from Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, and eight trainees from Fujian province, Sichuan province, Henan province, Tianjin, Shanxi province and Gansu province attended the ceremony.

The activity was chaired by Duan Na, Head Nurse of Department of Anesthesiology. Wang Qiang, Director of Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine delivered a speech, expressing gratitude to Chinese Nursing Association and Nursing Department of our hospital for their enormous support and assistance. He recognized explicit teaching and intriguing lectures delivered by all trainers from Department of Anesthesiology, and appreciated 8 trainees attending the specialist nurse training courses for their trust in the department, and highly approved their efforts, time and energy infused into the training course. Besides, Director Wang Qiang hoped that the trainees can play a leading role in daily work in the future, dare to innovate, be diligent in thinking, be brave in practice, apply what they’ve learned into practice, and become visionary professionals, thereby promoting faster and better development of the anesthesiology and nursing specialties.
During the 2nd session of the commencement, the trainers sent warm wishes and heartfelt messages to eight trainees.

Subsequently, Yang Lili from Tianjin First Central Hospital shared her experience as a trainee representative, stressing that during the training course, she experienced a fulfilling period, learned tremendous knowledge and skills, and felt sincere guidance, teaching and care by nursing trainers from Department of Anesthesiology. In the future, all trainees will apply what they’ve learned and devote themselves to the anesthesiology and nursing specialties and make their own modest contribution to the development of anesthesiology and nursing work in their hospitals. Besides, they also hoped to have more opportunities to study and exchange in the future, and look forward to seeing each other very soon.
