Recently, Nature Publishing Group released the ranking list of "Nature Index" of Chinese hospitals in 2022 (from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022). The ranking list mainly evaluates the publication level of high-quality articles in a certain institutionsworldwide. The "Nature Index" (scientific research index) of high-quality articles published by the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) is released as AC=31 and FC=5.82, ranking 29th among all medical institutions across China, up by 16 spots from the previous year and hitting a record high for consecutive years!
For our hospital, a majority of articles are published in the field of life sciences. Under the background of engineering medicine, mutual cooperation has been strengthened in the disciplines of chemistry and physics to jointly publish articles in high-quality scientific journals. Especially during the previous five years, our hospital has infused enormous efforts to drive high-level development of scientific research, which enables our hospital to maintain leap-forward progress on the ranking list of "Nature Index" for consecutive years.
