Recently, the General Office of People's Government of Shaanxi Province released the Notification on Commending the Award-winning Projects of 2021 Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of Shaanxi Province. Xi 'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) received 20 prizes in the Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of Shaanxi Province, among which the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU won two first prizes, and the number of prizes ranked the first in XJTU Health Science Center.
Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award is the highest award in the field of higher education and teaching, which is the core index to reflect the education and teaching levels in a certain region and university. Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of Shaanxi Province is organized every two years, and National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award is launched every four years. These awards fully signify the outstanding progress and achievements made by our hospital in moral education, teaching and educating students, rigorous scholarship and teaching reform.
Our hospital attached great importance to the cultivation and application of this event. In early 2021, our hospital conducted work planning and arrangement in advance, emphasized the subject selection and guidance, organized teachers to sort out and compile education and teaching achievements of all disciplines, and explicitly summarized the progress and effectiveness in talent cultivation. In the recommendation process for teaching achievement awards of Shaanxi province, senior experts were invited to deliver training and modification.Our hospital made extensive efforts to improve the quality and competitiveness of the teaching achievements, and finally obtained excellent results.
Subsequently, our hospital will continually promote, apply and popularize the award-winning achievements, play a leading, exemplary and irradiating role, intensify the cultivation of high-level achievements, and actively prepare for 2022 National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award. Meantime, our hospital will take it as an opportunity to stand on major strategic needs of our country, deepen comprehensive reform of medical talent training, strive to promote the construction of new medical system and mode, and provide potent support for the construction of National Medical Center.
