From September 4 to 6, the inaugural meeting of Professional Committee of Home Rehabilitation of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine in conjunction with the 1st Home Rehabilitation Forum was successfully concluded in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. During the meeting, Professor Shang Cuixia from Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) was elected as the Deputy Director of the 1st Professional Committee of Home Rehabilitation of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine.
To further promote the development of rehabilitation medicine in China, Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine (national first-class association) resolved the last 1 mile of rehabilitation and achieved the whole process of rehabilitation. The preparation work of Professional Committee of Home Rehabilitation of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine was initiated in December 2019. Professor Shang Cuixia from our hospital was elected as the Deputy Director of this professional committee, fully signifying that the discipline of rehabilitation medicine of our hospital has reached the advanced level and has been widely recognized by professional counterparts in China.
