On March 13, 2024, Gu Jiashun, Executive Deputy Director of Hangzhou Zhongke National Technology Transfer Center, led a delegation of relevant heads of Talent Project Center, Enterprise Service Center and News Center to pay a visit to the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) for scientific and technological exchange. Hou Ying, Deputy Director of National Technology Transfer Center of XJTU, introduced relevant work of the XJTU transfer center, and briefly illustrated the work prospects of "Four-chain integration" intelligent supporting platform, "Technological Taobao"-online concept verification platform, international venture capital (fund) town of iHarbour, the 1st key bottleneck technology transfer seminar in conjunction with project roadshow conference, and "Innovation China" 100 technological managers.
During the exchange session, bilateral sides conducted in-depth exchanges regarding high-quality project incubation, transfer management services, the gathering of innovative resource elements, and the establishment of concept verification platform, hoping to establish in-depth cooperation between bilateral sides in the fields of technological innovation and coordinated industrial development.
Director Wu Rongqian stressed that guided by national major needs, FAH is vigorously promoting achievement transfer. In recent years, it has fully utilized the engineering advantages of XJTU to carry out scientific and technological innovation driven by clinical practice and projects, and has produced numerous high-quality achievements. However, the combination of innovation chain and industrial chain cannot be separated from the efforts of all parties in hospitals, universities, research institutes, manufacturers and political administration. This exchange meeting is held just at the right time. The construction of National Medical Center needs to rely on the economic and resource advantages of Hangzhou, thereby enhancing the growth and efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in FAH.
Before the meeting, Executive Deputy Director Gu Jiashun and his colleagues visit MED-X Research Institute of iHarbour, Institute of Future Technology and the Qin · Harbour Incubator to gain in-depth understanding of FAH's innovative achievements in the fields of medical technology and engineering, artificial intelligence and new materials, etc.
These exchange activities have been highly recognized by all parties. FAH, Hangzhou Zhongke National Technology Transfer Center and National Technology Transfer Center of XJTU will continually strengthen exchanges, establish long-term smooth working mechanism, and jointly promote cooperation in the field of scientific and technological achievement transfer between bilateral sides for mutual benefit and common development.
