The “International Imaging Academy” is a Sino-U.S. joint multi-center medical imaging education project involving dozens of hospitals in China and the United States. It provides high standard online education courses for the three links from medical students to resident doctors to doctors carrying out imaging work independently.

International Imaging Academy was initiated by Professor Wang Weiping. Professor Wang Weiping graduated from the medical department of Xi'an Medical College (now Xi'an Jiaotong University) and is currently working at the Radiology Division of Mayo Clinic. “Medulive” APP has launched a series of special lectures of the “International Imaging Academy”. It takes 40 minutes of teaching via webcast. The lecturers covered experts from dozens of famous hospital imaging centers in China and the United States. The course organization is based on solid foundations, clinical practice and international integration.

Since March 1, 2018, the series of lectures of the “International Imaging Academy” have been conducted more than 20 times, which cover cases, diagnostic imaging, application of new technologies, etc. On the one hand, it is beneficial to improving expertise of young students and doctors. On the other hand, it has also opened up a new model for the development of continuing education in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
