The 13th Congress of Asian Society for Pediatric Research was held by Hong Kong College of Pediatricians at Hong Kong Academy of Medicine from October 6, 2017 to October 9, 201.Prof. Li Hui of Neonatology Department of our hospital attended it along with doctoral students. Su Qian and Zhang Huiping were two candidates for Best Poster Awards.
The congress gathered famous domestic and foreign specialists in pediatrics and more than 3000 delegates from colleges and universities and research institutions. The congress received 1,870 pieces of paper abstracts from various Asian countries, and invited over 120 experts and specialists to this grand spiritual meeting to give 11 public lectures and 41 special reports, covering connection “from genes to community”, clinic and community research.
Prof. Li Hui of Neonatology Department of our hospital attended the congress with doctoral students. Su Qian and Zhang Huiping were two candidates for Best Poster Awards. Zhang Huiping’s doctoral dissertation titled “NBO intervention improving maternal exclusive breastfeeding with perinatal anxious symptoms” won Best Poster Exhibition Awards. It indicates that our clinic research on NBO intervention in anxiety during early pregnancy and exclusive breastfeeding have gained recognition from fellow scientists.
