From July 19 to 21, 2023, Wang Wei from Department of Psychiatry was invited by the Organizing Committee to attend the 22nd Annual International Mental Health Conference in Bangkok, Thailand under the leadership of Health Commission of Shaanxi Province. During the meeting, Wang Wei, Deputy Director of Department of Psychiatry in the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU), delivered an oral presentation entitled "Development of Department of Psychiatry in tertiary hospitals", and had in-depth discussions with scholars from Thailand, Malaysia and Taiwan province in China. He fully demonstrated the elegance of the FAH and the progress and achievements made by Department of Psychiatry in recent years on the international platform, receiving widespread recognition from the participating scholars. Multiple experts expressed intense desire to continue in-depth cooperation and pay academic visits to FAH.
