From April 28 to May 1, 2023, Professor Yang Lin and Professor Wu Kaijie from the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) and graduate student Jiang Zhangdong were invited to attend American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting 2023 in Chicago, Illinois, USA, which is a urological meeting with the largest scale, highest academic level and the largest number of participants. Professor Yang Lin and Professor Wu Kaijie delivered oral presentations at the benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder cancer sessions, introducing the latest research results of blue laser developed by the FAH in animal experiment and non-muscular invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) surgery. They also delivered poster presentations at the sexual dysfunction session, illustrating the latest progress in treating diabetic erectile dysfunction with near-infrared laser to colleagues and peers at home and abroad, which captivated widespread attention.
