Zhou Bo, a physician and Liu Hanhan, a postgraduate from the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were invited to attend the 23rd Congress of the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology from November 29 to December 2, 2018 held in Taiwan, China.
Multiple internationally-renowned thoracic physicians and surgeons converged on the APSR 2018. On behalf of our hospital, Zhou Bo and Liu Hanhan from Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine were invited to attend the congress by contributing two original research articles and two cases for poster sessions. During the congress, they also delivered in-depth analyses and discussions with other globally-influential professors in the field of respiratory medicine in terms of the advantages, innovations, shortcomings and limitations of their projects, which properly united the projects conducted in our hospital with the latest innovative studies around the globe, thereby laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of their projects.
