General information
He Yingli is a MD, doctoral tutor of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) Health Science Center, doctoral tutor of School of Mechanical Engineering of XJTU, Deputy Director of Department of Infectious Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU.
In 2001, He graduated from Xi 'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2001, and graduated and obtained the doctoral degree from XJTU in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Emory University in the United States. In 2019, he received executive training in York University in Canada. From 2019 to 2020, he worked in National Health Commission.

Academic and scientific achievements
He Yingli has hosted 4 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 projects of Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, 1 international cooperation project, 2 cross-projects of XJTU, 1 Key Clinical Project of the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU. He participated in Major Special Research Project for Infectious Diseases during the 11th, 12th and 13th Five-Year Plan of Ministry of Science and Technology. He has published more than 40 articles in SCI-indexed journals, such as JBC(IF=8.9), APT(IF=7.3) and Liver int (IF=5.5 points), etc. He delivered presentations at annual meeting of American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, Asia-Pacific Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases and Chinese Medical Doctor Association, etc. He participated in drafting the textbook of Infectious Diseases.
Awards and honors
He Yingli received the honorary titles of Top 10 Physicians and Excellent Teachers of the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU. He has obtained the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Shaanxi Province and the First Prize of Higher Education Science and Technology Award of Shaanxi Province. He cultivated multiple postgraduate and doctoral students, and 4 of them received Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China.
