Wang Caifeng graduated from Department of Medicine of Xi'an Medical University in 1988, and has been working in the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) since graduation. She is a master tutor. She has been engaged in emergency medicine, teaching and research for 29 years, and has accumulated experience in the diagnosis, treatment and rescue of acute poisoning, heart failure, respiratory failure, shock, malignant chest pain, severe coma and serious infection, early diagnosis and treatment of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and diagnosis and treatment of refractory diseases in internal medicine, especially in the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, sepsis and MODS in patients with cardiac arrest.

She received 1 first prize and 1 second prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government in 2002 and 2003, 1 third prize of the 18^th Excellent Natural Sciences Academic Dissertations of Xi'an and Excellent Dissertation of the Summit Forum on Standardized Training for Resident Physicians of Chinese Medical Doctor Association.

Wang Caifeng has received the honorary titles of Top Ten Teachers, Excellent Teachers and Excellent Standard Training Teachers for Resident Physicians for 4 consecutive years, respectively.
